Elsa’s Story creates a new category within the mass distribution biscuit market – “HOME STYLE”.
Combining highly sophisticated techniques of dough processing, laminating and molding to imitate manual work, Elsa’s Story creates a refreshing approach to cookies and home made pastries, setting new standards to the meaning “HOME MADE COOKIES”.
Since Elsa’s Story started as a small family bakery, the production techniques used today at a mass production capacity are based on home baking techniques, recipes that are taken from home cook books, and ingredients that are usually found in any pantry.
Elsa’s Story’s concept lies in the homemade quality, look and taste of our products, together with creative branding and design, thus offering not only an excellent product, but also a whole concept and purchasing experience.
